About Me

Hello! I'm Fabi (but you can call me Fairy Light) and I'm a freelance artist currently based in Italy.I'm a big fan of art, photography, music, creative writing, cinema, TV shows and manga/anime.I studied at the Andrés Bello Catholic University and I have a Bachelor in Social Communication/Communications, with a minor in Audiovisual Arts and another one in Marketing & Advertising. My current goal is to study animation and my dream is to be able to work in the film and/or animation industry.Drawing is my greatest passion and I love to create fanarts and original illustrations. I'm currently making art about Fairy Tail, Miraculous Ladybug and BTS/BT21 but I can also draw other things like animals, objects, landscapes and real people from time to time.Besides working on personal drawings, I like to participate in various challenges, projects and artistic events, such as: collabs, art trades, seasonal events, fanzines, etc.

General questions- Where are you from?
I’m from Venezuela.- When is your birthday?
On January 11th.- How many languages do you speak?
Spanish is my mother tongue but I also speak english and a bit of italian.- Where does your nickname come from?
“Light” is just a simple word that I like and that I associate with good things while “Fairy” comes from the famous manga/anime Fairy Tail.I always wanted to have an easy and cute nickname as an artist so I thought about combining those 2 words.- How long have you been drawing?
I draw since I was a child but I started taking it more seriously when I went to an art school to learn new techniques and expand my knowledge. In 2015 I started to make fanarts about Fairy Tail and other series.- What tools/programs do you use to draw?Traditional art:
- Sketches: Pentel mechanical pencil, 0.5mm.
- Inking: various drawing pens/liners.
- Coloring: Faber-Castell/Prismacolor colors.Digital art:
- Tablet: Wacom Intuos.
- Programs: Paint Tool Sai, Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop CS6.- Do you take requests?
Not at this moment but I accept suggestions and headcanons to draw in my free time ^^.- Do you take commissions?

If you are interested go ahead, but please don’t claim my drawings as your own and don’t edit them. Credits are appreciated! (except if you're using my art as a wallpaper for your phone or PC).- Can I recolor or edit your art for make OCs?
No.- Can I use your art as an inspiration to write something?
Of course! That would be amazing! If you do that, don’t forget to give me the link so I can see your work.- Can I repost your art in other websites?
Yes, you can, but GIVE ME CREDITS!- Someone reposted your art without credits, what should I do?
If you want you can tell the person to give me credits but if that doesn’t work then let me know immediately.

Commissions

After thinking about this for a long time, I finally decided to open commissions for the first time.My family is currently going through a difficult economic situation so I would like to help them and also myself through my drawings. If you are interested in commissioning me, please make sure to read my guidelines carefully.

I draw:• Fanarts
• OCs
• Animals
• Simple backgroundsI don’t draw:• Mecha
• Furry
• Violence
• NSFW in general
• Realistic people
• Really complex backgrounds

General rules:- By commissioning me you’re agreeing automatically to my rules.
- Payment via PayPal and prices are in USD.
- Full payment or at least half of it goes upfront before I start doing the sketch.
- Current prices are not permanent. I reserve the right to adjust them in the future.
- Commissions are for personal use and it’s strictly forbidden to use them for commercial purposes.
- I have the right to refuse any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable.
- Commissions will be posted on my social networks as part of my personal work but if you don’t want me to do that, let me know.
- Please be tolerant and patient. I will try to work as fast as possible but sometimes my time is very limited.
- Since I accept commissions in batches, turnaround time may vary from a few weeks up to 2-3 months, depending on my schedule.
- No refunds unless I'm unable to start or finish your commission for any reason.
- Breaking my rules in any way will result in permanent blacklisting.

How to commission me:- Send me a private message via Twitter or an email to [email protected].
- Give me your name or nickname so I can write who the commission belongs to.
- Tell me what character(s) you want and give me all the details. Please be clear and specific with your idea as much as possible.
- Specify what type of commission you want and let me know if you want some extras like simple shading or a complex background as well.
- If you want an OC, give me a very detailed description or some visual references about the character.
- If your commission is accepted, I'll contact you with the total amount of the payment and send a PayPal invoice.
- After the payment is made, I will start with your commission and provide updates during the entire process.
- Once I'm done with the sketch, I’ll send you a photo so you can tell me if I can continue with the piece or if you want to make some changes. No more changes will be accepted after I started doing the lineart.Slots:-----If you have questions just ask me.Thanks for reading!
